What do I do if there is an issue at the PVL?

We do our very best to keep the PVL well-maintained, stocked with basics and clean.  However, on occasion things do happen that need attention.  We asked that you contact us asap so we can take care of the issue.

The first person to contact would be the housekeeper.  She lives down the road and may be able to solve the issue immediately.

Second is contacting Mark & Deb.  Mark is the builder of the home and Deb keeps the supplies in order.

Last would be to contact Lorrie & Al.  They are the marketing team and work the website and rentals. 

You will have everyone's contact information in the Final Confirmation email and in the PVL notebook.

We will make every reasonable effort to take care of the issue.  Please keep in mind that the home is located in a remote mountain area, so sometimes repair people do not get there as quickly as living in the city!
