above rates are for up to 10 people. There is a $100-$150 cleaning fee

About the Lodge
The
Peaceful Valley Lodge, built in 2001, is a beautifully furnished two
story private mountain vacation home that offers 3 bedrooms, 3
bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and spacious living, dining and rec rooms.
Six huge picture windows wrap around the main living area and provide
jaw dropping mountain views.
The Lodge is located
deep in the beautiful Colorado Rocky mountains. At the Lodge, you can
relax amid a dense growth of pines, willows and aspens while
contemplating the view of two of Colorado's highest mountains. Though
you are only 12 miles from the international resort of Breckenridge
Colorado, you are hidden in a peaceful national forest and you can see
no neighbors or hear traffic from your private haven. The only sound
is the wind gently rustling through the trees and the birds singing to
you.
The many amenities include triple recliner
Lazy-Boy couch, rustic dining table with seating for 10, huge kitchen
with breakfast bar seating for 5, hot tub, wood burner fireplace, two
large TVs both with DVD/VCR and one with satellite, video library,
telephone, washer/dryer, deck with BBQ grill, ski storage, iron &
board. The rec room has a Foosball table and Air Hockey table. Finishing touches include vaulted ceilings, Italian tile
flooring and clean baseboard heating.
What's Nearby
The
Lodge is located in the mountains, so you can literally walk out the
front door to hike, fish, mountain bike, go four wheeling, climb a
14er, watch wildlife or just soak up the fresh mountain air. In the
winter, go snow mobiling, snow shoeing, or skiing or shopping at nearby
Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper or A-basin ski resorts. Or, stretch out
in front of the fireplace and enjoy that novel that's been on your
nightstand for the last year. Spring and Fall seasons are also
wonderful times to vacation at the cabin, especially for those who
enjoy fishing, hunting and beautiful Fall foliage. Of course, you can
stop by the South Park Saloon in Alma anytime and join the locals for a
drink.
Sleeping Arrangements
The
master suite has a king size bed and the two other bedrooms each have
bunk beds. The lower bunks are queen sized so each bedroom can sleep 3
people. The futon in the rec room folds out to a queen bed. With each
bed full, the Lodge can sleep 10 people. Linens & towels are
provided.
