The design uses a unique round exterior that requires no center support within the building. The exterior is solid wood cedar siding with six huge picture windows that slide open to let the fresh mountain air and spectacular mountain views in.

The first floor doors enters into the recreation room where you will find game area with air hockey, foosball, bean bag chairs, TV, ski storage and two "bunk rooms" for the kids and couples. A spiral oak stairway leads from the lower recreation area to the upper level living area.  An exterior stairway leads to the deck and upper floor entry way and to the main living/dining area and master bedroom suite.

Enjoy the view down the driveway to the peaks that you see from the livingroom.

Quandry, Bross and Democrat are the 3 peaks that make up this spectacular view.

These peaks are illuminated in hues of pinks and golds when the sun rises in the morning from behind the home and shines on the mountains.

This year the snow pack has been tremendous and the skiing excellent!

We do keep the driveway plowed - however 4WD is extremely recommended when driving in the Rockies of Colorado this time of year!

 Bring out your inner child and/or keep your children entertained with the sleds we keep at the home for your use.

This slope is off of the front, left of the home, right out the door.The sledding will take your breath away and guaranteed to make everyone giggle!

Just have plenty of hot chocolate or hot toddys ready for the chilly sledders! 

When was the last time you had the time and the snow to make a snowman? There is plenty of snow and room around the 2 acre lot to create snowmen, snow forts, snow angels and have snow ball fights. You can snow shoe or cross country ski right out the front door, world-class skiing at Breckenridge is only 12 miles away.

After playing come inside to warm up and sit by the wood burning stove - by the way, firewood is provided.

 We believe that pets are part of the family and love vacations too.
