How many bedrooms and bathrooms?

The PVL has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a futon in the rec room.  We designed the home to sleep up to 10 people.

The master bedroom is on the upper level facing the backside forest.  It is very private and quiet at night!  It has a king-sized bed and a full bath with dressing area and walk-in closet.

There is a bath with walk-in shower located off of the kitchen. 

The "bunk rooms" are on the lower level next to the rec room. They face the forest too.  Each room has a bunk bed with a double lower bunk and twin upper bunk.  Between the two bunk rooms is a Jack & Jill bathroom with walk-in shower.  Each bunk room has its own sink and vanity in the bedroom - making getting ready to go out easy for large groups!

The rec room has a queen-sized futon.
